Hotel Policy
«Կովկաս» հյուրանոցային համալիրի աշխատակազմը շատ է կարևորում յուրաքանչյուր հյուրի տեղեկացված լինելը` հանգիստը առավելագույնս հարմարավետ կազմակերպելու և անցկացնելու նպատակով:
Հյուրանոցի կանոնակարգում կարող եք գտնել մանրամասն տեղեկատվություն մատուցվող ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ, լրացուցիչ հարցերի դեպքում խնդրում ենք կապնվել մեզ հետ:
1․1 Check-in / Check-out
Only guests who are 18 years old and older are allowed to check in.
- Check-in: From 14:00
- Check-out: Until 12:00
1․2 Early Arrival (if available)
- From 00:00 to 06:00, the full room rate will be charged.
- From 06:00 to 14:00, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
1․3 Late Check-out
- From 12:00 to 18:00, 50% of the room rate will be charged.
- After 18:00, the full room rate will be charged.
2․ Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please inform the hotel 24 hours before your arrival date. Otherwise, a one-night charge will apply.
3․ Payment Methods
Payments are accepted only in Armenian Drams (AMD).

4․ Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
5․ Visitors
- Please meet your visitors in the Lobby lounge, restaurant, or bar.
- If you wish to have a visitor in your room, please present their ID or passport.
6․ Children
- Baby cribs are provided free of charge.
- Children under 6 years old can share a room with their parents for free.
- Children aged 6-12 can share a room with their parents with a 50% discount.
7․ Parking
Parking is free for hotel guests.
8․ Food Policy
For hygiene and quality reasons, guests are kindly requested not to bring food and drinks into the hotel’s restaurant and pool areas.
9․ Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in rooms, as well as in non-smoking areas.
Please note that guests who smoke in prohibited areas will be fined 50,000 AMD.
10․ Valuable Items
All hotel rooms are equipped with fireproof safes. If you are traveling with valuable items, this is the safest place to store them. Please note that the hotel is not responsible for lost items.
11․ Hotel Property
It is prohibited to damage hotel property. If damage occurs, a compensation fee will be charged.
